    Melinda's Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce Should Be Renamed "Awesome Sauce"

    My husband and I happened upon this particular flavor of Melinda's Hot Sauce when we visited Guatemala many years ago. As a person who's never particularly cared for hot sauce, I was surprised by how addictive this sauce is. We brought two bottles back to the States with us and I've been using it ever since. Melinda's Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce seems to have the perfect ratio of flavor to heat. If you're a garlic fan like me, you'll love the subtle garlic zing that it brings to practically any food: scrambled eggs, soups and stews, hummus, dips, sauces, cocktails (try it in a Bloody Mary), salad dressing, grain and vegetable salads; and, of course, Mexican, Asian and Indian dishes. Since I haven't been able to find my favorite hot sauce locally, I order it online by the dozen. Do yourself a favor and stock up because you'll be surprised how quickly you go through a bottle of this versatile hot sauce.
