Original shipping charges are non-refundable, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Buyers are responsible for insuring items are properly packaged for return shipping. Items broken due to improper packaging will not be refunded.

Damage claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery cannot be honored.
Lost Packages w/ Confirmed Delivery: If your package has been confirmed delivered but you have not received your package, please first contact the shipping company selected. We will work to resolve the issue, however most issues of this nature can be best resolved by contacting your local post office or carrier.
All orders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded with a $2.50 cancellation charge to cover the cost of payment processing.
Customers with packages requiring an intercept, redirect, or address correction while in transit will be billed $12 to cover the FedEx delivery exception fee.
