Fell in love with this SOOO many years ago when I lived in Florida. Recently found it again online! This wonderful sauce took me back home again. Such a unique taste of spice and sweet that you can only get from the Datil pepper. The only brand that I have ever tried but why mess with perfection. You don't know what you're missing!

A definite favorite! Sweet sauce base with small chunks of pepper and a spice that creeps up after a minute.

This hot sauce strikes a nice balance. Not too hot, a slightly sweet edge, and an overall unique taste. I find myself using it on almost everything now, meat, fish, omelets, potatoes, etc.
