    An unexpected treat

    I received my first bottle of this as a gift from my wife, who is in no way a spicy food lover. Seeing the goofy label and that it was cayenne based, I had (wrongly) assumed it was another vinegary, bland Louisiana/Tabasco knock off. I was wrong. While it does have the same vinegar back, it is easily 5 to 10 times as hot as Tabasco, meaning you can spice up a dish without drowning it in sourness.
