From down in Trinidad and Tobago comes this scorching puree of blazing peppers. The hottest sauce we've found without capsaicin extract added.

Ingredients: Aged Pickled Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Water, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Vinegar, Onion Powder, Mustard, Potassium Sorbate, Soybean Oil, Spices, Xanthan Gum, and Colour.

    Heat Without Sacriificing Flavour

    A friend of mine from Trinidad first turned me on to this sauce, which quickly became one of my favourites...and NOW I found it on this site- GREAT SITE, Boys, btw- saves a lot of airfare!! I love the heat, but NOT at the expense of flavour. THIS sauce has BOTH. Exceptional flavour in a vinegar base (my personal preference) plus a decidedly delightful burn- so good you'll find yourself wanting to just eat the sauce...or at least I do- A++ Definitely worth a try-
