    Can't use it wrong

    This is one of those sauces that can go on anything. Don't let the Blackberry wine part fool you, it doesn't taste really fruity. It has a nice sweet flavor that is good from the first touch of the tongue all the way down the pipe. It leaves you wanting more. I used it on some St. Louis ribs and they had a real nice dark color after caramelizing the sauce onto them. Not much heat in the sauce so I pre-seasoned the ribs with a Cajun rub.
