  1. Fiery Delicious Hot Sauce 5 Star Review

I've been buying this hot sauce for years ever since purchasing it on a visit to Barbados. The Hot Sauce Stop sells the original kind - a wonderful mix of hot pepper and mustard. Awesome with fish, chicken - anything. I put it in soup.

  2. Best Hot Sauce in town! 5 Star Review

Prior to my departing Barbados, I stopped in one of the shops at the airport...so sorry that I didn't pick up a case of this hot sauce before I boarded my flight...only had room for one bottle:( Since that time, Lottie's has been my favorite hot sauce...HANDS DOWN! Can't find it in the States, but will order on-line whenever I run low.

If you're looking for a unique, flavorful mustard-based sauce, I think you've found it. I enjoy Lottie's mostly on chicken and fish, but it's probably great in egg salad too.

  4. Now that's Pepper Sauce! 5 Star Review

I was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad and grew up with "hot sauce" being a staple at meal time. I've tried lot's of brands (Caribbean & US makes) and just happened to add a bottle of Lottie's to my most recent order of Matouk's sauces. It is incredible and by far the best combination of heat and flavor in my humble opinion.

  5. way too spicey 3 Star Review

Posted by on 2013 Jun 27th

if you prefer the Bajan sauces like Neville Edwards which are spicey but which have a lot more mustard flavor to them do not get this. pretty much all you can taste is the scotch bonnet and nothing else; which is fine if that's what you want

  6. My favourite right now 5 Star Review

A really great version of a Bajan Mustard sauce. Hot and tastes great. Highly highly recommended.
