The Hot Sauce Stop is proud to offer the most flexible shipping of any fiery foods retailer on the web! Orders ship out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Domestic & Canadian customers have their choice of FedEx or USPS for all orders. All orders are fully trackable via our website or the website of the carrier of your choice. Upon completion of your order, customers are sent an automated shipping confirmation email complete with your package number. In order to receive your shipping information in a timely fashion, please provide a current email address at checkout and add service@thehotsaucestop.com to your contact list.

Free Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $75.00 for domestic shipments to the lower 48 U.S. Free shipping cannot be combined with other storewide promotions using promo codes.

FedEx Ground & Home Delivery Service

Typically, FedEx orders placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday are shipped out the same day.

FedEx Express/2-Day/Overnight Service

FedEx Express Saver, 2-Day, Overnight shipping available. Delivery is Monday-Friday only. Saturday delivery available for Priority Overnight, First Overnight, & 2-Day FedEx services only - available upon request at checkout. The FedEx surcharge for Saturday delivery on Express shipments is $20.

Economy Shipping via Parcel Post/FedEx SmartPost (2-8 Business Day Transit Time)

We welcome international orders! Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight. Typical transit time is 7-10 business days, however transit time is heavily dependant on the customs process in the destination country.
