Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return any unopened item within 30 days of confirmed delivery for a full refund of the original product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Buyers are responsible for insuring items are properly packaged for return shipping. Items broken due to improper packaging will not be refunded.

To receive a return authorization, please log-in to your account, click My Account>Completed Orders>Return Items.
Once processed, a return authorization will be emailed. Please include this paperwork with your return shipment.

Damage Claims

The Hot Sauce Stop guarantees risk free shopping, backed by our replacement guarantee. In the event of damage or loss, please contact us via email (service@thehotsaucestop.com) within 48-hours of confirmed delivery. Please include your order number, the item(s) and quantities damaged.
Damage claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery cannot be honored.

Lost Packages

Undelivered Lost Packages: Any lost packages without confirmed delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipper to find or replace your shipment.

Lost Packages w/ Confirmed Delivery: If your package has been confirmed delivered but you have not received your package, please first contact the shipping company selected. We will work to resolve the issue, however most issues of this nature can be best resolved by contacting your local post office or carrier.

Order Cancellations

All orders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded with a $2.50 cancellation charge to cover the cost of payment processing.

Shipping Policies

Customers are solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate standardized shipping address. For packages returned due to an invalid, incomplete, or otherwise incorrect address, customers will be responsible for the original cost of shipping, the cost of return shipping, and a restocking fee equaling 10% of the original purchase price.

Customers with packages requiring an intercept, redirect, or address correction while in transit will be billed $12 to cover the FedEx delivery exception fee.
