A great, but milder version of the Trinidad and Tobago favorites with a wonderful tropical flavor.Ingredients: Papaya, Aged Pickled Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Vinegar, Water, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Onion Powder, Lactic Acid, Garlic Powder, Mustard, Potassium Sorbate, Spices, and Color (FD & C Yellow no. 5).

My husband is from the West Indies and loves this sauce it is a must with every curry dish:). The Hot Sauce Shop was great too the order arrived as expected, double boxed and packed tightly. Thank you, D

I use to use this in NY, and when I came to NC there were a few store that sold it and then the stopped. I was so glad to fine your site. It adds such a favor to food. And I loved the way y'all packed it. I will be ordering it again
