Well, I am surprised by the rediscovery. It's a very bright, pure pepper sauce. It's hot in large doses, but it can be controlled easily. It's simplicity is also superlative. It's red pepper and vinegar flavor can compliment almost anything. I don't know that I've ever had anything with such a bright, pure pepper flavor. It deserves its renown!
