Love the whole "puree" thing! Being a pacific islander, we make this stuff called "Finadene'". Which also calls for some heat. It's used on a lot of our dishes that are indigenous to our island. Especially on our barbecue. We just drizzle a little bit over whatever meat we have and BAM! Anyway, so instead of using our local peppers for heat, I've now replaced it with this Trinidad stuff. And it being puree'd, I just pur a little in the bowl and stir...WOW! Thank you Hot Sauce Stop for the HOTNESS!
I was hoping this Scorpion pepper was hotter.
