    This hot sauce is amazing! It doesn't seem hotter than Da' Bomb Beyond Insanity (~120K SHU) even though it's listed as 800K-1000K SHU (3000K on Scott's page), but the flavor is fantastic. Fairly fruity, which would seem strange, but it works flawlessly in chili. About 12-15 drops per 15 oz. of chili and it'll be at the perfect heat level and taste out of this world.
