Ingredients: Water, Red Chile Puree (Red Peppers, Salt, Acetic Acid), Onions, Habanero Puree (Habanero Peppers, Salt, and Citric Acid), White Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Spices, Salt, and Xanthan Gum.

    I keep at least 2 bottles on hand at all times. Absolute necessity for pizza night. I wish I could give a higher rating.

    Best hot sauce. I have tried others, but always go back to it. Delicious taste with heat that isn't over-powering. Highly recommend.

    A good tasty hot sauce

    I tried this for the very first time tonight. Not sure what to expect, the flavor is very pleasant and somewhat sweet; it tastes much like taco sauce, but hotter. This is obviously a solid choice for any mexican food -- I used it on a burrito and it was very good. It should also be good on steak or burgers. This sauce is not nearly as hot as I would expect from a habanero hot sauce, but seeing as habaneros are only the fourth ingredient, it's probably as hot as one should expect. However, the taste of this one is quite pleasant and fairly unique, and overall is a very good sauce. I would buy again. I would probably give this 4.5 stars if given the option. There are definitely better hot sauces out there, but this is still rather unique and a pleasant change from the norm.
