Returns Policy
Returns on all sealed and unopened items are welcome. Customers are given a store credit or refund, minus a restocking fee (10% of purchase price).

Damage Claims
The Hot Sauce Stop guarantees that all items make it to the customer undamaged. In the event of a damaged/lossed item, the customer must contact us within 24-48 hours of confirmed delivery. Within a damage claim e-mail, the customer is responsible for listing the item(s) broken and the quantity. Furthermore, the customer must provide clear visual evidence of each broken bottle by attaching a photo to their e-mail.
