I have tried many sauces in my career of eating with heat. This sauce mixes the amount of heat and flavor that seems to go with everything.

This sauce is good on everything without killing the flavor of your food. The locals to Belize use it on their corn on the cob. So I tried it and now I can't eat corn without it.

Its the perfect combination of heat and flavor. Just enough heat to feel it and it tastes great.

Had this the first time in Belize a few years ago and brought several home. Not that hot for a habanero sauce. Nice pepper flavor that comes through. Not too much of a vinegar overtone like Tabasco. It is my favorite on mexican food and wraps. Yes, I am from Southern Calfornia and know my hot sauces.

No surprise that a midwesterner didn't like it--you can't find any good hot stuff in Ohio. :-) This really is the best hot sauce in the world for the combination of heat and flavor.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
