With Frank's Red Hot as my basis for comparison of any hot sauces, Endorphin Rush is hot, but I didn't find it suitable for a chicken wings type of hot sauce. If I had to describe the flavor I'd say it's a smokey bbq sauce more than anything else. A hot bbq sauce. If you ever go to a wings joint and order their hottest sauce just to find notes of bbq sauce in it and get disappointed... that's what this sauce was to me. In the future, for the sake of taste, I might mix this with some Frank's and see how it ends up.

Pros Flavorful Best Uses Bloody Mary Chili Dipping Pasta Comments about Endorphin Rush Beyond Hot Sauce: I keep almost 20 hot sauces on hand to achieve different levels of heat AND taste. When I travel, this is the ONE I take with me. It is unbelievably hot, but still has great flavor. It is not hot just for hot's sake like most other really hot sauces.
