Each bottled of the private reserve bottle is individually numbered and signed by Dave himself. Each year we formulate a special private reserve hot sauce with three times the heat of Dave's Insanity Sauce. It is hand signed by Dave, numbered, vintage dated and laid to rest in a wooden coffin wrapped in caution tape.
